    Privacy Policy

    1. Who We Are

    iAssist is a product of Inzuscene ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the iAssist platform.

    2. Information We Collect

    • Account information: Name, work email, and password (hashed, never stored in plaintext).
    • Authentication data: Sign-in provider (email/password or Microsoft SSO), session tokens.
    • Query data: Prompts you submit and the corresponding IFS data responses, retained for audit and improving response quality.
    • Usage data: Page views, feature interactions, and error logs used for product analytics.
    • IFS connection data: Environment selection and tenant identifiers needed to route queries.

    3. How We Use Your Information

    We use collected information to:
    • Authenticate and authorise access to iAssist.
    • Route queries to the correct IFS environment and return responses.
    • Maintain audit logs as required by your organisation's administrator.
    • Improve the Service and detect misuse or security incidents.
    • Send transactional emails (password resets, account notifications).

    4. Data Sharing

    We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
    • Your IFS environment: Queries are forwarded to your organisation's IFS Cloud instance.
    • Infrastructure providers: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Firebase (authentication), Upstash (caching). Each is bound by data processing agreements.
    • AI model providers: Query text may be sent to Anthropic Claude for language processing. No personal identifiers are included unless present in your query.
    • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

    5. Data Retention

    Account data is retained for the life of your account plus 90 days after deletion. Audit logs are retained for 24 months by default, or as configured by your organisation's administrator. You may request deletion by contacting us.

    6. Security

    We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. iAssist is designed to align with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 principles.

    7. Your Rights

    Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Submit requests to privacy@inzuscene.com.

    8. Cookies

    We use a single authentication cookie (iassist-auth-token) to maintain your session. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

    9. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
